Group CFO
Janne Kuisma was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer as of 1 January 2020. Janne joined European Directories as Group Finance Director in 2015. Previously, he worked at Eaton Corporation as Divisional CFO of Power Quality EMEA region and in various finance roles in Switzerland and Finland. He has also worked at Ernst & Young finance advisory services. Janne holds an MSc in Accounting from the Aalto University, School of Business.
Chairman of the Board
Dr. Marcus Englert is a Managing Partner of Texas Atlantic Capital and an Associate Partner at Solon Management Consulting. Marcus holds a Master degree in Physics from the University of Munich and received a PhD at the European Center for Nuclear Research, CERN in Geneva, Switzerland. Furthermore, Marcus holds a MBA with Distinction from the European Institute for Business Affairs, INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Marcus worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group for four years and for more than 12 years also held different leading positions in the media industry. Among other board positions he currently is the Chairman of Rocket Internet SE and Vice-Chairman of Sixt Leasing AG.
Hannu Syrjänen has worked in the Sanoma Corporation (President and CEO, 2001–2010) and Rautakirja Corporation (President and CEO, Vice President, 1989–2001). Previously he served as Vice President at the TS Group, Vice President at Wihuri Oy, and Managing Director of Finnish Lawyers' Publishing Oy.
He currently serves on the board of Orion Corporation, VR Group Ltd, Management Institute of Finland MIF Oy and Realia Group Oy. Hannu has a Masters of Law and B. Sc. (Economics) degree.
Björn Osterloff is an Operating Partner at Triton since 2011. Previously, Björn was Managing Partner at Phaedrus, an advisory and investment boutique focusing on operational improvement in private equity. At debitel AG, a private equity portfolio company, he held positions as Head of Marketing, Head of Corporate Development and Co-head of the Integration Office until divestment in 2008.
Prior to that, he served as a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group in Stockholm and Munich. Björn holds an MSc in Industrial Management from the Helsinki University of Technology and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe.
Hans Maret
Hans Maret joined Triton in 1998. He is a Senior Industry Expert and covers all sectors. He is also a member of the Triton Mid-Market and Triton Debt Opportunities Investment Advisory Committees.
From 1996 to 2002 he was Partner at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. responsible for Investment Banking, Finance and Operations. Prior to Oppenheim he was Country Managing Partner at Arthur Andersen auditing company.
He has an MBA and is tax advisor/CPA.
Mr. Sodi is a 30 year veteran as a successful investor in the Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) sector. He has led over 120 transactions (over a billion in equity invested) across Europe, North America and Latin America.
Mr. Sodi is currently an investor in and serves on the board of Volpi Capital LLP, European Directories (NED) and Autovista (NED).
Neil has advised and held Board roles with organisations undergoing complex operational and financial restructuring and also has significant experience of hands-on crisis management, independent business reviews, M&A and due diligence. Neil's industry experience covers numerous sectors including retail, leisure, distribution, manufacturing and property. Prior to joining Talbot Hughes McKillop, Neil was a Director at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Neil is an FCA and a member of the Institute for Turnaround.
