Joris van Oers appointed CEO of De Telefoongids Holding BV
Amsterdam, 2 October 2009 - European Directories, holding company of De Telefoongids Holding BV, today announced the appointment of Joris van Oers as Chief Executive Officer of De Telefoongids Holding BV starting December 1. 2009. Joris van Oers succeeds Peter Darpö, who left the company in May of 2009. In the interim Cornel Riklin, Group Chief Executive, has been running the company.
Van Oers has extensive sales experience, with over 15 years at KPN. Most recently he held the position of Managing Director Corporate Solutions at KPN’s Business Market division and temporary Managing Director Sympac at the KPN’s Mobile International. Prior to this he held various positions within the KPN Sales organisation for the corporate market.
