Cornel Riklin,
-
Cornel Riklin is CEO of European Directories SA, one of the leading directory and online search
companies in Europe. The business was acquired in 2005 by Macquarie bank and other private equity
investors for € 2.5 billion and has operations in eight European countries. Previously Mr. Riklin was
CEO of Findexa Ltd, a TPG portfolio company, and the largest directory business in Norway. Prior to
joining Findexa, he was Managing Director of Texas Pacific Group (TPG) in London for five years.
From 1993 to 1999 Mr Riklin worked at Trinity Mirror Plc, the largest newspaper company in the UK,
where he was Group Managing Director in charge of Regional Newspapers, New Media and Group
Operations. Before joining Trinity Mirror, Mr Riklin was Chief Executive Officer of Borthwicks plc, a food
manufacturing company in the U.K and also worked for Bain & Company in London and San Francisco.

Mr Riklin has worked extensively in the U.S., U.K., Continental Europe, Australia and New Zealand and
received his MBA in 1982 from Harvard Business School. He has served on a variety of boards including
Punch Taverns plc, Spirit Group, Bally AG, Debenhams, Gate Gourmet and Grohe. Mr Riklin is a Swiss
national, and currently lives in London, England and is based at the London Group Office of European Directories (DH6) B.V. in Chiswick, London.

Ben Legg,

Ben Legg joined European Directories as Group COO in November 2009. He is responsible for our
businesses in Poland, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as leading the group
transformation into a multi-media sales organisation. Prior to this Ben was COO of Google Europe,
in which he led various initiatives including monetisation strategy, business development, advertising
product development and the development of a professional salesforce. Prior to Google he held senior
sales and marketing roles with Coca-Cola in Greece, Poland and India. Ben started his career as a
British Army Officer serving all over the world, including operational tours in Northern Ireland and Bosnia
(during which he was involved in relieving the siege of Sarajevo in 1995). In between the Army and
Coca-Cola, Ben also managed to squeeze in three years as a strategy consultant at McKinsey. Ben is based at the London Group Office of European Directories (DH6) B.V. in Chiswick, London.

Simon Greenman,

Simon is MD Online for European Directories. He is responsible for growing online revenue and usage across our eight operating countries. Simon was previously head of online for R.H. Donnelley, a US based Yellow Pages publisher. He joined them with the acquisition of Dex Media, a US$1.6B publisher, where he had held the same position and was part of the team that completed a successful IPO in 2004. Simon has over 15 years experience in the local search space, including cofounding the MapQuest.com service. Mr Greenman holds a MBA from Harvard and a BA in Computing and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex, England. He started his career at Accenture, a management consulting firm. Simon is based at the London Group Office of European Directories (DH6) B.V. in Chiswick, London.

Tim Gordon,

Tim Gordon is Group Strategy and Development Director at European Directories. He joined EDSA at the end of 2007. Prior to joining EDSA he was a Principal at
The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) delivering projects for clients in the consumer goods, media and
financial services sectors. Previously he held various roles at the Financial Times including Head of
Syndication and Republishing. He has an MBA from INSEAD. Tim is based at the London Group Office of European Directories (DH6) B.V. in Chiswick, London.

John Marley,

John joined the European Directories Group in July 2008. Prior to joining he was founding partner of a technology consultancy practice involved in acquisitions of software providers to the media sector. He has 20 years experience in media technology, having previously held the position as Group Chief Technology Officer for News International Ltd in the UK, where he was responsible for the technology strategy for the UK’s largest newspaper group and helped launch their new media subsidiaries and the popular internet sites of TimesOnline, The Sun and others. He was part of the Technology Board for News Corporation and during this time he formed Centrecore as Managing Director of that I.T. managed services subsidiary of NewsCorp. He began his career in sales as part of the Virgin Group in London. John is based at the London Group Office of European Directories (DH6) B.V. in Chiswick, London.

Joff Sharpe,

Joff joined EDSA in January 2007, having previously been Chief Talent Officer of German company
Grohe. Before entering the sphere of private equity he held various international positions in HR,
Marketing and Strategy in blue chips Mars, PepsiCo and Vodafone. He also served as CEO of an

Prior to this appointment, Joris was the Managing Director of Corporate Solution of KPN’s Business Market Division and temporary Managing Director Sympac at KPN’s Mobile International. With over 15 years of experience at KPN, Joris brings extensive sales experience to De Telefoongids.

Timo Hiltunen,

Timo Hiltunen was appointed CEO of Fonecta in the beginning of 2008. He has worked in the contact information sector for nearly 20 years. Before Fonecta, Mr. Hiltunen worked on the Board of Directors of the Norwegian directory company Findexa and Interinfo, which operates in the Baltic countries, and as a consultant. From 1997-2005, Mr. Hiltunen was involved in setting up and managing Inoa, which provides company information. Fonecta bought Inoa in 2005.

Thomas Friess,

Thomas was appointed COO / CFO of HEROLD in September 2003 and became CEO in March 2005. During the last years he spearheaded the transformation of the company from a traditional directory publisher to one of the most successful media companies in Austria.
After his studies in economics and finance he held various positions at German bank institutions. He was a Director at Metzler Bank, a well-known German boutique investment bank, where he was in charge of various M&A projects and IPOs. He was also responsible for Metzler´s corporate finance business in NYC. Prior to his appointment in Austria he served as CFO of Weru AG, a private-equity owned and listed building supply company.

Henrik Dyring was appointed CEO De Gule Sider in April 2010, having previously been CEO of Eniro Denmark. Prior to joining Eniro Henrik worked for 13 years for AC Nielsen, the global market research provider, becoming Country Manager and before this he was CEO Advertising for TV2, Denmark's largest broadcasting company.

Piotr Strzałkowski,

Piotr Strzałkowski, the Polish Yellow Pages market founder, created the first Yellow Pages company
called Market & Communication Research that published the first printed directory with fax numbers.
The company proved to be a great success. In 1992 it was bought by the US West company and
Piotr Strzałkowski was appointed the General Director of Panorama Firm. After 6 years of successful
operation he left for new challenges leaving Panorama Firm worth $122 million.
His experience and business knowledge was then recognized by the biggest Polish telecommunication
company - TP SA. Piotr Strzałkowski became the CEO of Ditel SA, the TP SA daughter company
established to publish directories.

In June 2008 European Directories SA consolidated 2 out of 3 companies in the Polish Yellow Pages
market buying 100% shares of Ditel SA and since that time Piotr Strzałkowski has become the CEO
of the newly merged company with the biggest market share - pkt.pl Polskie Książki Telefoniczne Sp. z o.o.

Kimberli Lewis,

Kimberli rejoined Mediatel in August 2006, having been part of the original team which set the
company up and published the first Prague book in 1992. Most recently she has been General Manager
of the Directory Book Publishing Division and Electronic Media Division of Sutter Telefonbuchverlag
GmbH which publishes printed directories in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Westfalen-Lippe,
Baden-Württemberg and Brandenburg, Germany. She has also previously held roles in sales and
executive management.

Kim Graven-Nielsen,

Kim Graven-Nielsen was appointed CEO Lokaldelen in March 2010. Kim began his career in local search as MD of Moestrups Forlag, part of the Thomson & Thomson Group. He then ran a number of private-equity backed Danish businesses, including a period as President and CEO of Esko-Graphics based in USA. His involvement with PE concerns continued and prior to his appointment with EDsa he was Chairman of Reson and a Board member of both Bodilsen and Colorprint.

Rick van Boekel joined European Directories in May 2005 as Chief Commercial Officer for De Telefoongids. He was appointed CEO Lead Generation Ventures in October 2008. He is responsible for implementing new online lead generation methods within the core operating companies and for managing several separate lead generation ventures within the group. In the early nineties he was Director Marketing & Sales for Planet Internet BV, which he lead to be the no. 1 ISP in the Netherlands. In 1998 he became founder and CEO of BOL.com Benelux (Bertelsmann), the largest e-commerce store in the Benelux. Between 2000 and 2004 he was Chief Commercial Officer for Net Ventures BV (Venture Capital) and ECI BV (Bertelsmann Direct Group), responsible for all multichannel marketing and sales activities of Dutch and Belgian book and music clubs.
