Erik Hoekstra

CEO DTG

Erik Hoekstra was appointed CEO of DTG in September 2012. He has over 20 years of experience in Media, and held various marketing, publishing and management positions. Among others as managing director of Scoot Netherlands and later as CEO of VNU Media, a company he has fully converted into an online media company in the Dutch recruitment and CE/IT market.

Shortly after selling VNU Media to the Persgroep he took over as CEO of DTG.

Timo Hiltunen

CEO Fonecta

Timo Hiltunen, CEO of Fonecta Corporation since 2008, has for the last few years consistently led Fonecta’s transformation from a traditional directory company to a modern player who offers its customers a winning combination of technology, data and superior service.

Timo Hiltunen has gained a strong track record in private equity backed companies. In 1997 he established a start-up company which was at the time a forerunner in digital information services in Finland. When the business was successfully sold in 2005, its business had grown to over 20MEUR annual revenue, marking a major achievement during his career.

With this same passion and ability to foresee and grasp new opportunities he now drives Fonecta’s transformation and sustainable growth.

Neil Robson

Group CFO

Neil has advised and held Board roles with organisations undergoing complex operational and financial restructuring and also has significant experience of hands-on crisis management, independent business reviews, M&A and due diligence. Neil's industry experience covers numerous sectors including retail, leisure, distribution, manufacturing and property. Prior to joining Talbot Hughes McKillop, Neil was a Director at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Neil is an FCA and a member of the Institute for Turnaround.

Marcus Englert

Chairman of the Board

Dr. Marcus Englert is a Managing Partner of Texas Atlantic Capital and an Associate Partner at Solon Management Consulting. Marcus holds a Master degree in Physics from the University of Munich and received a PhD at the European Center for Nuclear Research, CERN in Geneva, Switzerland. Furthermore, Marcus holds a MBA with Distinction from the European Institute for Business Affairs, INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Marcus worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group for four years and for more than 12 years also held different leading positions in the media industry. Among other board positions he currently is the Chairman of Rocket Internet SE and Vice-Chairman of Sixt Leasing AG.

Hannu Syrjänen

Hannu Syrjänen has worked in the Sanoma Corporation (President and CEO, 2001–2010) and Rautakirja Corporation (President and CEO, Vice President, 1989–2001). Previously he served as Vice President at the TS Group, Vice President at Wihuri Oy, and Managing Director of Finnish Lawyers' Publishing Oy.

He currently serves on the board of Orion Corporation, VR Group Ltd, Management Institute of Finland MIF Oy and Realia Group Oy. Hannu has a Masters of Law and B. Sc. (Economics) degree.

Björn Osterloff

Björn Osterloff is an Operating Partner at Triton since 2011. Previously, Björn was Managing Partner at Phaedrus, an advisory and investment boutique focusing on operational improvement in private equity. At debitel AG, a private equity portfolio company, he held positions as Head of Marketing, Head of Corporate Development and Co-head of the Integration Office until divestment in 2008.

Prior to that, he served as a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group in Stockholm and Munich. Björn holds an MSc in Industrial Management from the Helsinki University of Technology and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe.

Peder Prahl

Peder Prahl has been the Managing Partner of Triton since inception in 1997. He focuses across the Industrials, Business Services and Consumer sectors. Prior to founding Triton, Peder was a partner at Doughty Hanson & Co. and also worked for Morgan Stanley in New York and London. He has an MBA and a degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Marco Sodi

Mr. Sodi is a 30 year veteran as a successful investor in the Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) sector. He has led over 120 transactions (over a billion in equity invested) across Europe, North America and Latin America.

Mr. Sodi is currently an investor in and serves on the board of ITE Group PLC (Non Executive Chairman), Antenna Group (Board of Advisors), European Directories (NED), EurotaxGlass's (NED) and Data Centrum Communications (NED).

Fabrice Rota

Fabrice has been working in the financial services industry for 12 years. Fabrice provided banking, corporate and secretarial services for small and middle capitalization companies while working for an Italian bank in Luxembourg for 6 years.

At TMF, Fabrice supervised a team of legal professionals managing a portfolio of private equity clients and international corporations prior to be appointed Director Client Services, in charge of private equity clients and Structured Finance Services. Fabrice holds a Master Degree in International Trade from the University of Metz (France) and speaks French, English and Italian.

Sébastien Rimlinger

Sébastien is graduated in Law from the University of Robert Schuman de Strasbourg in France. He has a master’s degree in business law. He is an experienced lawyer with more than 12 years’ experience (in a law office and trusts in Luxembourg).

He began working at TMF on October 2012 as a Senior Legal Officer being responsible for legal and corporate services of client entities. Sébastien got promoted Deputy Team Leader in 2013 of the Legal Department in which he manages a team of legal professionals.
